While I occasionally reach out to support when things don’t work quite as expected, my queries are always answered promptly—usually within just a few hours. The responses are detailed, helpful, and delivered in a friendly manner. I've read some feedback that the support quality has dropped since the ownership change, but this hasn't been my experience at all. In my opinion, Thrive Themes remains the best tool for creating professional websites.
