Today I had a great telehealth appointment with Lisa Simmons, Nurse Practitioner, with Thrivelabs today. I was anxious about the appointment a few days before and almost cancelled. I'm SO glad that I didn't! Talking with Lisa today was the first time in almost 15 years and countless doctors that I have felt heard and deeply cared for by a healthcare professional. I am very much looking forward to continuing working through the process of getting my life back on track health-wise.
