I was very skeptical about online care…
I was very skeptical about online care for hormone replacement therapy but after the first visit with Kelly, I knew I was in great hands. She quickly came up with a treatment plan with medication and I started to feel better quickly. 5 months later I have almost no symptoms! I suddenly lost a doctor and it was months before I could get an appointment elsewhere so I scheduled with Kelly for an urgent care appointment and she was able to prescribe my diabetes medication and my lupus medication until I was able to get an appointment. She went above and beyond for me and I continue to be impressed with Thrive. The customer care team is amazing and quickly get back to you with an answer to your question. I don’t do reviews very often but this is something I am passionate about and will continue with them for a long time. Try it!
