Did not enjoy the experience !
1-I felt that to go into any treatment without initial blood work as a baseline was not a good idea for me. I felt as if the initial consult was all bout that monthly subscription.
2-i was told I would receive a copy of the presentation—which I did not -I then followed up -to receive the presentation that was reviewed during the initial consult -
3-I went twice to the Quest Lab in NY for the bloodwork and both times the order from Thrive was missing critical information- there were no instructions on where to send results and doctor associated to the order. I advised the Thrive representative on what was needed after the first time -So twice so wasted my time . Note, in the second order even though there was a Nurse Practitioner signature, on the order -they could not find her in there database
4-Once I had been to the lab twice, with no success-I gave up and no one ever reached out -except for this survey -to make sure all was well or not
5-Given all of the above -Trust was lost in this offering

Started off good but ended poorly
As a previous reviewer points out - "they start off good" but along the way my experience became one of frustration.
The upside is the people there are nice, but it feels pretty disorganized overall, meds showing up late, there were months I got half my meds, etc. Hard to reach people or get prompt call backs, I was promised a phone call to deep dive into the problems I was having = never happened ... I was 6 months with Thrive and never got the results I was promised, I now have an estrogen imbalance that needs fixing. When you start tampering with the bodies natural balance you want to make sure you're not doing any irreparable damage. I decided to go with another provider (which is costing 50% of what I've been paying at Thrive) I would rather go with a provider that may not have the fancy packaging but is attentive to my needs and promptly adjusts the meds to give me the desired result. This is not a car engine I am tampering with, it's my body!!! I need to feel confident the people administering the meds care about my health not just my money.

they start off good but when it is time…
they start off good but when it is time to start receiving medicine and scheduled appointments they do not follow through and will schedule a appointment with no show and shorten you on the medicine they are charging full price for. Cancel quickly and find someone else.

Hi EH,
Oh no! We received an email from you this morning. Your provider forwarded to Jordan. She called 2x and sent email this AM to better understand the issue. If you could please call her back.
We reviewed your orders and both are showing delivered by FEDEX 2 days after the script was signed. The last shipment is showing delivered 7/28. If you can please contact Jordan so we can find a solution.
Thank you!

Stay away! Horrible
Started out great but they are not the concierge service they represent. The PA was annoyed with questions and it took days to even get a call after I had to explain why I wanted to talk to her in the first place. I found a local provider and told them I was cancelling, my patient care coordinator Lindsay said she had cancelled my account. I just got billed and there is no one to talk to and it appears Lindsay no longer works for the company. Outrageous. Stay away. Far away.

Question legitimacy, not a great start
It's disconcerting when you trust a business, especially one related to health and they let you down with the most basic component of service - communication, and coordination!
I first looked into ThriveLab because it came across as professional and a legitimate service. My initial call went well with the service rep, I forget her name. Then the next call with the nurse practitioner went fine. Problem now is I dont know where I stand, whats the status of my services. Initially I'm instructed to schedule lab work with a few places, them told to hold off on that, then told Thrivelab has my labs already (where and how they got them I'm unclear because I haven't done labs yet, unless they got them from my last doctors appointment - completely unrelated to this service). I then ask for a manager, Leon responds with the same answer, "we have your lab work, its being uploaded". Yesterday I received a call from 562-355-9121, asking about setting up a lab appointment. At this point I don't know what's happening. So unprofessional, and to think this is a service related to client's health. Not a good start. I call the phone number reflected on Leon's email signature, no professional sounding voicemail, just never-ending ring... then I try the phone number on Josh's email signature (737-377-1600), its some auto-voice with no option to speak with a live person. Not great!

On March 18th we opened an investigation to understand what happened. I spoke with the patient that day along with all team members that that interacted with the patient. We identified that we had incorrectly triggered a notice to the patient that 'the labs were completed' when in fact the lab order had just submitted to the phlebotomist for scheduling.
From the call the phlebotomist could have done a much better job identifying herself and we have since provided training on call protocol to ensure a better patient experience. We also called Leo's number, in Patient Care, but could not simulate the same result. The (737)377-1600 is our main phone number that has an IVR. If you press "0" it goes to a round-robin that rings our entire Patient Care team. We noticed that this feature is not clearly identified and we recorded a new message to better clarify the options.
We provided the patient with a full refund and offered to provide ongoing services at no cost to earn back the lost trust. Our team is deeply commited to providing life changing outcomes for patients and we did not meet the mark here. There has been extensive internal conversation on this point and we have implemented changes to ensure this does not happen again.
Best,
