This is a money making SCAM. They pulled money out of my bank account without consent. The customer service is sub par. They will conveniently delay orders so that you’re roped into another month of subscription fees.

RELENTLESS EMAIL SPAM. They will CALL YOU AT WORK. Multiple requests to unsubscribe don’t stop it. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT CONSTANT SALES PITCHES AND YOUR JOB INTERRUPTED.

No one did what they said. I just read other reviews and really wondered if I called the same place. I lost conversation once I said “I agree to pay” to the initial person and the pa that prescribed and sent 3 meds without even my drivers license. Crickets!

This company provides a very affordable labs and medication. However, they will charge you time and time again for services they didn't provide. I have not been seen by the Thrivelab Nurse Practitioner sine July 2022, but they charged my bank account 3 times for her services ( $99 each appointment). When called customer services they tell you that someone will reach out and resolve issue but no one does. Called twice and it's pointless. I guess I have no choice but block them through my bank and discontinue services with Thrivelab.
