Everything was good so far and I’m feeling good too, but I was surprised to be diagnosed without a hormonal lab test .

Hi Olga, Our providers treat based on symptoms and medical history. Baseline lab work is not required or necessary to see success with hormone replacement therapy, and can even be misleading. Symptoms are the best indicator of hormone deficiencies. Watch this video with Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Nayan Patel for more information on lab work. https://www.thrivelab.com/lifestyle-advice/labwork-for-hrt While baseline panels are not required, a full panel serum blood test will be required six weeks after starting your hormone balancing program. If necessary, we will also perform additional tests after three months to monitor progress. All patients will require annual lab work.

The consultation went very well, I only gave a four star rating because my representative couldn’t tell me what insurance is accepted, which is a concern for me because I want to make if I go any further with this that my treatments will be covered.

Hi! Thank you for your review. We are so excited to offer our Thrively insurance program, and there is a process that needs to be completed for every patient as there are thousands of insurance plans. Our team will complete your insurance verification after receiving your insurance. A $45 charge for your Initial Telehealth Consultation will be charged as the anticipated co-pay deposit, however if your co-pay is lower, you will be credited the difference on your next invoice. If your co-pay is higher, you will be notified of the difference and charged accordingly. If you have an HMO or a plan that won't cover clinical, only pay $45 per visit with your provider as needed instead of the monthly subscription fee.
