It would’ve been helpful to know that the $45 initial fee was nonrefundable if you’re not accepted in the program after the consultation with the practitioner. In addition “virtual health” doesn’t seem practical.

UPDATE: I am currently working with customer service to resolve the issue. While it has not been 100% resolved, I am happy that they are showing genuine concern for my problems and trying to fix it. Terrible experience! Poor customer service. These people have poor communication skills and too many gaps when using multiple reps. It is not seamless. My new appointment was scheduled and canceled due to the communication gap. And the shipping restrictions are awful!!! I’m still waiting on medication that I should have already received and I am pretty sure that my other medication has yet to be ordered and shipped. This program is not helpful and a waste of hard-earned money. I have asked for a phone call days ago and have yet to receive one, only texts.

Unfortunately my experience was not great. I wanted so badly for this to be the thing that helped get me some relief, and it might have had I not had such a horrible experience with my first appointment. My provider did not talk to me and trained another person the entire call. She did not talk to me about my symptoms and just went off of the boxes I checked in the initial can we help you quiz. I mean come on people! Fred Flintstone had a better system!! I believe we are on email number 17 not to mention the multiple text messages I have sent. I requested a supervisor call me but guess what no supervisor did! I sent them the info from my bank on their error and want a refund and at this point I want a discount I really am Leary about this company now I also think their customer service must be overseas.

Very poor communication. I received my shipment with no instruction on how to administer and how to tell the correct dose. I've never injected myself and was a little apprehensive. I asked for a video instruction that I had to request several times before I received it. I ended up researching online myself to figure out how. Part of the monthly cost I am paying is for access to support should I need it. I wait for days for responses to any questions. I was leaving for a trip and needed to coordinate shipment dates since no one was going to be at my home to receive it and I didn't want it sitting outside my doorstep. They do not offer a patient portal to access shipment schedules or information. I tried sending a few emails to coordinate and ultimately left a final email telling them my date of return. Let's hope someone got my email.

I am updating my review and reducing the number of stars because no one ever returns my calls when I have questions. I am just not happy with the customer service. I have requested that my subscription be cancelled today as well.
