Personal Attention and Plan!
Valerie is a great listener and offers realistic solutions in this journey. Nutrition is numbers and facts but solutions dont fit into a box. They have to be personal, realistic, and go beyond the food! That is the experience I get with Thrivelab Nutritionist Valerie and the tools from Transformnation!
