My nurse practitioner was patient and understanding when I was explaining my symptoms and how I was feeling. She was also sympathetic and informative and explained everything thoroughly. She was pleasant and very easy to talk to you and look forward to continue working with her in the future.

There is being a patient, then there is being a patient of a provider who understands. Brittany was super prompt, very professional, and extremely informative. All questions had were answered, even when I had a brainfart on a question, she waited it out with me. I like the transparency of her and the company she represents. It's also comforting knowing she is my provider through and through. I am currently with a company that rhymes with cone. They dropped the ball big time, so this is a transition for me, not a leap. I was reassured of everything I was concerned about with this. All I can say is this treatment is something that needs more attention. And this company needs to be at the forefront of the help!
