The team at Thrive has been very responsive. They are always quick to text back answers to my questions. When I was having trouble with a hormone cream and reached out via text Rachel responded the same day and suggested we set up a Telehealth to get to the bottom of the problem. After asking me questions she decided to try a different hormone treatment that should hopefully work better for me. I am starting my third month on hormone treatment and have been feeling so much more even, sleeping better and have less fatigue. I’m looking forward to continuing improving!
