One of the worst for coming up with excuses to not cash you out totally unhelpful POs customer service

Do not deposit they are a total scam they will wait until you win to claim that the odds at the time that you place the BET were incorrect and then cancel your winnings and keep all your funds. They claim that if at any point the odds are incorrect they can void the play which is idiotic on their part simply because we rely on their platform to dictate whether or not it is worth our time to place a pic obviously we have no way of knowing if the odds are right or wrong quote unquote so can't stay use that to their advantage if one were to lose a pic there's no way that they would void it because obviously they still keep the funds. I've never dealt with such a scammy app or company the customer support is a joke and almost non-existent it takes an eternity to hear back and it seems like it's AI That's writing back because most of the responses you get are generic and repetitive it's as if you're talking to a wall. I decided to take my business elsewhere if I were you I would do the same as here you have a withdrawal limit and they charge you a percentage of what you're trying to deposit not worth it if you ask me and there's no perks or incentives for depositing or submitting pics unlike other platforms.

Horrible. Customer service sucks. Basically doesn't exist. Have to email them and they don't reply. When they do you send the info requested and get no reply. They do security checks everytime you go to redeem which is a pain. You use a different card they want the info for it. You send it and nothing. I'm so tired of this place screwing me around. I've spent more than I redeem. If I don't get it fixed soon I'm Changing to 1 star and never coming here again. So disappointing. Games are fun concept is good. But lack of services is ridiculous.

deposited 100$ and won $200. I did my research before downloading the app and saw that you needed 50 prize tickets to redeem your money. In order to withdraw I need $500 minimum and that is riduculus way too much money for a minimum. I really need help taking this out please.

I had 2 $5 dollar bonuses and I end up winning money on both tickets when it came for me to redeem my money and withdraw it wouldn’t let me first. It asked me for my driver license which I sent then after that asked me to verify my social which I did that after I did that once again, they told me that my account is now restricted didn’t give me no reason why until afterward saying that the reason why my card was restricted because my card I tried to use decline two times which I don’t know what declining has to do with me withdrawing money. I thought I sent them a copy of my card. I haven’t heard about them since and as I read online, I see this an ongoing thing that need to be stopped. They are taking people money after their winnings. I want each of my prizes that I want won both tickets .

I was truly excited to download and play this game. But…as I do on all games I looked at the reviews. I just cannot see why I would use up space or donate money after reading them. I am curious if the people who left a bad review and was answered by their team apologizing for what had happened (or not happened), and was told that they would get it taken care of. DID they take care of it? Did they get their money? Answers would be greatly appreciated

I deposited 100$ and won 350$. When I downloaded the app and deposited the money it said you need 50 prize tickets to redeem your money. As soon as I won, they increased my required redemption to 500$ which is ridiculous and against the policies posted. I checked and I’m verified as well. I am still not able to withdraw my money since it’s stuck at 500 getting no help in my withdrawal.
