I got hit in the face with a ball then the workers did not do nothing they laughed then I got rug burn

At first i login, it is $50 minimum redeem after i bought the $50 package it changed to $500 FINE! I put more money in and got to $500 and i did verified everything correctly then said i can’t redeem. This is a scam i’m not changing this review until i get my money UPDATED** I got my redeem and it was instant into my bank. I tried to redeem many time and it finally works. Emailed them and no support ever reached out to me. But minimum 500 is still really sketchy. So +1 star for instants payout

Horrible. Customer service sucks. Basically doesn't exist. Have to email them and they don't reply. When they do you send the info requested and get no reply. They do security checks everytime you go to redeem which is a pain. You use a different card they want the info for it. You send it and nothing. I'm so tired of this place screwing me around. I've spent more than I redeem. If I don't get it fixed soon I'm Changing to 1 star and never coming here again. So disappointing. Games are fun concept is good. But lack of services is ridiculous.

Have only been on the app a couple days and I accidentally converted the prize tickets to sweeps tickets as it was my first time. It won’t let me convert them back so I can cash out a winner and have to email customer service. Pretty clunky but hoping they can assist me as it was a mistake between the 3 different play options and it was my first time winning. If they handle it well I’ll remain satisfied overall.

I’ve gotten responses from the customer service although it is a long process to even hear back from them I am upset and displeased with the service because I have redeemed from this site a total of three times with no problems as soon as I get over $100 and I want to redeem it. They put me through a secondary verification process for redemption says that it’ll take any between 24 to 48 hours for what reason I do not know my account is fully verified and I went through the right channels and use the right information as well ID selfie and although I’m fully verified, they want to do another process even though I redeemed from here before I feel like they’re holding my winnings for me and it’s not fair or right if I do not get my money from them, I will not be using their service again, and I will run through every review process just to make sure that people know what these people are doing. I will update my review when I get my money, I hope they’re not a scam artist.

Revised Review I was cheated by Thrillz.com multiple times today. I originally left a review on the 20th saying the platform seemed better than the negative reviews suggested, aside from the usual “verify your ID after a payout” cooldown. I tried to be fair. After today’s experience, I can’t say that anymore. I lost $40 on a confirmed $2.00 spin that only counted as $0.20 because “the next one in line would have been.” On top of that, I watched wins fail to register six different times and took screenshots of each one. I understand this is a business and the house always has the advantage, but there is no excuse to cheat players on top of that. I’ve updated my original review and will no longer be using this platform. You can keep the remaining $2.00 in my account—clearly you need it more than I do. If social casinos were regulated like real online casinos, this platform wouldn’t last a day.

I do not like like the betting option for alt line spreads it only lets you go about 2 pts above or below the projected spread also for player props you can't change anything that's already set

As soon as I won, I went to redeem even though it said I was initially verified, it told me again to verify with my ID. I have NEVER had a problem verifying, as soon as I want to redeem on this site, for some reason it kept telling me it was having trouble with my ID, then when it finally worked, it just gave me a page with a green circle and check mark, it didn't move further. Then contacting support was like a robot I swear! We kept emailing back and forth and they kept saying the same thing. Now all of a sudden they don't want to respond at all. Seriously the first issue with an online casino, there are other good ones.
