App always freezing! Will not let you place bets most of the times. Only good thing is if you do win they pay out immediately.

Terrible. Never paid out on any bonuses or withdrawals. There always seems to be an error. No help from anyone.

Don’t waste your money. Total scam. First purchase I won $1000. Submitted KYC and requested $500. Was still pending after three days. Contacted their chat agent- was told they needed additional documentation that I provided promptly. Waited 5 days- nothing. Reached out to support and was told to try cashing out $100. I had reach their full terms and knew that over $600 was their “compliance review” limit so I never tried to do over $500. Several attempts failed. In the meantime I kept playing on the part that wasn’t pending and at one point I had it over $4000. I waited something like 5 more days and finally gave up and requested $100 like two different agents told me to do. The rest of the money I played off- by this time I knew I wasn’t getting anything from them. That $100 failed and disappeared from my account and 5 days later it still is not back. I’ve reached out to their chat agents many times and the response is always very fast- but they are there to blow smoke and make you feel like you are getting you money but the answer is always” I will reach out to support and get back with you- or- I will reach out to compliance and get back with you”. Not one time in three weeks did I ever heard anything from either department.

Extremely concerning experience — I have screenshots of disputed winnings My experience with Thrillzz has been extremely concerning. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars playing on this platform, including extensive gameplay on Lucky Piggies. My biggest concern is not simply losing. I have screenshots showing winning results during my gameplay that I believe were never properly reflected or credited to my account. I have preserved these screenshots as evidence. I want Thrillzz to explain exactly what happened and compare my screenshots with their server-side gameplay records, transaction history and account-balance records. If Thrillzz believes these winnings were invalid, reversed or not payable, I want a specific explanation for each disputed result—not a generic response about games being random. I am also requesting my complete gameplay/session history and any available records connected to these disputed sessions. After spending thousands of dollars on this platform, I believe I deserve transparency about what happened to the winnings shown during my gameplay. I am documenting everything and preserving my screenshots and account information. This review describes my personal experience and the results I observed on my account. I am asking Thrillzz to investigate the disputed winnings and provide a documented explanation and appropriate reimbursement if their records confirm that winnings were not properly credited.

I won $130 and it said instant redemption but when I put my card in it’s saying something about verification which I already done they need to give me my money right now

At first i login, it is $50 minimum redeem after i bought the $50 package it changed to $500 FINE! I put more money in and got to $500 and i did verified everything correctly then said i can’t redeem. This is a scam i’m not changing this review until i get my money UPDATED** I got my redeem and it was instant into my bank. I tried to redeem many time and it finally works. Emailed them and no support ever reached out to me. But minimum 500 is still really sketchy. So +1 star for instants payout

Verified my ID when I initially signed up for an account. Conveniently enough, now that I’ve finally won something & want to withdraw, I need to verify my ID again, and this time I’m being told it isn’t valid. This is about as shady as it gets and I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless they fix this immediately. I’ve contacted support and have heard NOTHING back from them. It’s shameless. Take your money anywhere else but here! It’s already hard enough to win, there’s no need to do business with someone who makes it that much harder.
