Stop and read this before you purchase
Totaling $43.50 just in shipping charges for one paid of sweat pants. I ordered one pair and they were too large so I ordered the right size. I had to pay 3 times at $9.85 shipping per return. No exchanges. Then I did order two of the same size by mistake and they said sorry you have to pay shipping again. Now I am up to $43.85 for shipping for a pair of sweat pants. I cannot afford to buy from this company that I feel is a rip off and I am so pissed. Not customer friendly and of course there is only a chat button and you cannot speak to anyone and they just keep repeating themselves so that was of no help. I will never purchase from this company ever

Unfortunately, as a smaller business (with just 6 team members in our customer service department), we do not currently offer free returns. While we strive to minimize the impact on our customers, each return results in a $7.95 or $9.85 fee, depending on your selection, and the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Unlike larger retailers that benefit from enterprise accounts and bulk shipping discounts with major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, our company is not yet able to access those lower rates. We completely understand that these fees can add up, especially when dealing with exchanges or multiple returns. Please know that as our business grows, improving our returns process is a priority we intend to revisit. Your feedback is extremely appreciated and will be considered as we continue to enhance our services. We’re always here to support our customers, and while our current chat-based service may not have met your needs this time, we’ll be looking at ways to improve communication in the future.
