In October, we extended a one-time price adjustment exception as a courtesy, and at that time, we noted that it was outside of our standard policy. To ensure fairness and consistency, we maintain a strict policy where price adjustments are only offered within 24 hours of purchase or if the order has not yet shipped. This policy applies regardless of the size or timing of an order. We also occasionally run flash sales, like the one you saw on Instagram. Because these are temporary and promotional in nature, they are not considered permanent price changes. While we understand that sales can occur shortly after a purchase, we encourage customers to take advantage of these offers during the promotional period. Regarding your request to cancel the order, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel it. Lastly, our return policy. At this time, we do not offer free returns. Three Bird Nest is a small business with a dedicated team of just six customer service members. While we strive to minimize costs for our customers, our return process does include a fee of either $7.95 or $9.85 (depending on your selected return method), which is deducted from the refund amount. While we were unable to stack the 20% welcome offer with our current sale, we did offer you the 40% promotional discount available at the time, as well as the option to use the 20% discount on a future purchase.
