While issues like this are rare, we do kindly ask that any concerns related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items be reported within three days of delivery and that items remain unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached to be eligible for a replacement. Unfortunately, once an item has been used and is several months outside of our policy window, it is no longer in our care, and we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement at that point. For knit items specifically, care plays an important role in longevity. We recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry, as washing machine cycles and settings can vary and may cause stress to delicate fabrics. These care instructions are listed on each product page under the Fabric & Care section for reference. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. For that reason, our “Small” simply reflects the smallest size offered for that specific style and doesn’t always correspond to traditional US sizing. In fact, some styles run several sizes larger compared to standard US measurements. At Three Bird Nest, we design several of our own pieces and offer our in-house collection called “The Nest.” As a boutique, we carry a mix of items: • Original designs from our own label • Pieces we manufacture in the USA, Mexico, and India • Curated styles sourced from a variety of brands that produce around the world • Wholesale items we also sell through Faire.com It’s also very common for our product photos to be stolen and used without permission on marketplaces such as Amazon and Temu. This can create the appearance that other sellers offer the “same” items at lower prices, when in reality they are often lower-quality replicas using our images. Additionally, some retailers you may see online have legitimately purchased our products wholesale, which is another reason you might see similar styles elsewhere. We are completely transparent about each item’s origin. Under the “Fabric & Care” section on every product page: • Items made in the USA or Mexico are labeled accordingly • Items produced outside North America are marked “Import” No matter where a piece is made or what brand it comes from, it must meet the quality standards we expect for our customers. We take a great deal of care in selecting, designing, and producing the items we offer.
