Needs improvement
Promo code did not work and had to let company know of issue and nothing was done. Luv the clothing, but shipping takes too long and customer service issues go unresolved.

Love the clothes, wish they’d ship quicker…
I love every sing piece I’ve purchased from TBN. And the customer service is amazing. But recently it’s been taking longer and longer to get orders. My last order was on Feb 6 and it took 8 days to before it even shipped. Then it will take another 4 to ship. Love the clothes just wish it wouldn’t take so long to get them.

The clothes look great on the model but…
The clothes look great on the model but unless you have the same physique as those pictured they dont look as good. Speaking as someone who wears a size 12 to 14.

I love the clothes but shipping takes…
I love the clothes but shipping takes too long. I live about an hour from where they ship their clothes and it takes almost a week once label is created. Ive ordered things from out of the country that arrives faster

Quality is so-so
The prices are great, the shipping is slow but its to Canada so its expected. But the quality of the clothes aren't great. I get the feeling its just trendy designs made overseas as cheaply as possible, which explains the prices too. 4 Stars because you get what you pay for and the designs are cute, some products I love, some trap every bit of human and dog hair in the wash like they're lint clothes so I rarely wear them cause removing all that hair is annoying.

Great merchandise however the taxes and duties due to shipment to Canada took away any savings so unfortunately I won’t be ordering in the future. Too bad as I love jumpsuit that I ordered. Not sure of date.. Nov sometime
