I wanted to love this company. The clothes are adorable. I ordered a dress and pants that I loved so much that I ordered pants for my daughter as well. They were too big so I lost a little money returning and rebuying them. (They don't do exchanges). This wasn't their fault but it did make the pants $100. While wearing them the 2nd time, the pockets and side seams started to come undone. We had hand washed the clothes like they suggest and hung them to dry. Athough they aren't SUPER expensive, $100 is a lot for me but the company wouldn't do anything after they were worn. They suggested I check for flaws before wearing them.....That's not the point. If they aren't quality enough to last more than 1 wearing, they aren't quality enough to buy. Especially for $100. I will say that costumer service was quick, as nice as could be in the situation and to the point but I won't be buying from them again. BTW, this all happened in less than a month from receiving, I think it may have actually been 2 weeks.

The clothes are not great. They look good in the pictures, but they arcade very cheaply and it really comes across in person. Button holes too large, buttons nor sewn on well, material that pills, elastic inside wasteband of pants sewn in so poorly it twists in the wash. These are very cheap shein level clothes masked as a designer doup. Do not recommend.

Way too many sold out items. It makes me sad to see a perfect piece only to find it’s sold out when you try to order. The items I have received have been great though.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered and the clothes are just huge and baggy. I returned the 1st time I ordered and there was a restocking fee. This time I just kept what I ordered and don’t really like it as it’s huge and baggy

Clothes are very expensive. Some are of good quality other peices I don't feel were worth the price. If you placed two orders in a short time frame and want to return something from each, you have to pay 2 separate shipping fees.

I bought an oversized tee shirt and it looks very sloppy.

My first order I placed from TBN was great, received in timely fashion. My second order, I’m not sure I’ll ever receive. Every time I check the status, the date gets extended. I won’t order from them again because of their shipping issues.

Their shipping time is horrible. Their no return or exchange policy stinks. I love their clothes but both times I purchased they were too big and I couldn't exchange them. And although the girl who poses for all the pictures is I assume the owner, and very pretty, I hate that she is the only person we see in the clothes. She wears all her pants above the ankle, everything is a size small reference.
