I contacted this business twice to let them know the shirt I received was falsely advertised. The description does NOT match the shirt, nor do the pictures. They don’t care whatsoever. They won’t waive the return fee for their error. They said the description of fabric type IMPLIES how it should be worn, even though the description SAYS it can be worn alone. The shirt is COMPLETELY see through. Like read a book through it see through. No remorse from them. No waiving return fees. They even said they will change the description moving forward. Ok, you agree with me but also, I’m out $60 cause I’m not going to go out in public with my undergarments on display. All over $8 return fee. This complaint is just the beginning.

I ordered an item. I had to pay for shipping. It was so big I had to return it. They charged me a $7.95 processing fee for the return. So essentially I paid $18.00 to try it on. But wait there’s more. They sent me a “happy returns” code, I put on my phone. And I had to return the item to a UPS store. But when the young girl scanned the code, she did something wrong and could not get a receipt for my return. And neither could the manager. So I had no guarantee I actually returned it. She said I would have to call them and gave me the item back. But wait they have no incoming call center. I tried calling UPS, but their call center could not connect me with a human being without a proper UpS tracking number. I left a message with Three Bird Nest. All this hassle to essentially pay their company for nothing!

Horrible customer service. My return was lost and they keep giving me a run around and refuse to refund my purchase, even though I utilized THEIR return procedure through "Happy Returns". Cannot speak to anyone in person - all communication is via email or chat, and if nothing is resolved you have to start all over with a new rep each time you contact them. I love their clothes, but I will NEVER order from them again after this experience. Update - they finally refunded my purchase, but less the $9.95 they charged me to use the "Happy Returns" service. Does not change my review sentiments at all.

I ordered a month ago. 150 usd. The tracking never tracked now my order isn't available. I ordered one before, it did take a while to get her so I figured probably the same. But that time taking and my order number at least worked. Although some of the sizing was weird and inconsistent. This time haven't received a stitch of my order.

As some other have experienced, I was also provided a refund when I didn’t receive my package after 3 1/2 weeks. They offered me a refund but not on the duties and shipping. This is horrible customer service such a sketchy site do not order from them.

I ordered a fairly decent sized order off of this website after following their products and reviews for awhile. A few days after I placed my order I received my email with the shipping notice and tracking information. After continuing to monitor my tracking number for a few weeks after the shipping email their was no update to the shipping status. I then contacted the company to enquire and to let them know that I had not received my package. I then contacted the shipper and was informed that although a shipping label had been created the package had never been given to them for shipment. Which makes sense with the lack of movement that tracking displayed. I then received an email from the company stating that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but would make an acceptation in this case. They offered a refund of the items I had ordered that were no longer available and to ship the ones that they still had in stock. I opted for a full refund and provided them with the information that the shipper had given me showing the package had never been given to them for shipment. Although the company did refund me they subtracted the shipping costs I had paid. BEWARE!! Very dissatisfied with the outcome of this company.

Horrible customer service. Have emailed twice now about my refund and I still have not heard back. Small company or not it should not take days to reply to an email or weeks to issue a refund from nearly a month ago.

The shipping is taking long. The tracking number seems to be frozen as it has been stuck on the same status. Seems as though the package is lost. Hopefully I can get a full refund
