Really happy with the service I received from Threadless. Had to get in touch with them because of the jumpers I bought was printed slightly off - they responded promptly and agreed to send me a replacement at the extra cost or hassle. Quality service.

Just the best. I would (and will) buy from Threadless again in a heartbeat. I have never ordered clothes online - I am very particular about fit and quality, so I was very reluctant to buy T-shirts online. However, with COVID-19, bumming around malls is (sadly) no longer a good idea, so I figured I would give Threadless a shot. I had some questions about sizing prior to placing an order, and reached out to Threadless' customer service. They were immediately responsive, and very, _very_ helpful. And cheerful! :) They exchanged a few e-mails with me, and helped me pick what seemed like the right size. When my order finally arrived, I tried it on and the fit wasn't quite right (it was a bit long for me, that's all). The quality of the material was absolutely _superb_ though - good weight 100% cotton. The print was good too, but I thought it looked slightly faded. I reached out to customer service with my feedback. They immediately replied, and showed me how the design I had selected was _intentionally_ faded by the artist. They were 100% right. Regarding the fit though, which was my major concern, they were extremely accommodating: they told me to keep the T-shirt I had (gift it or put it to any good use), they would help me choose another size, and send it out, for free! After a few e-mails back & forth trying to figure out what would be the right size, they offered to send me _two_ different sizes if I fell between two of their existing sizes, which I felt I did. They even offered to send the replacement shirts in a different design (of my choice) since the design I ordered wasn't quite what I thought it would be (even though, mind you, the print was 100% accurate and as the artist intended, as I can plainly see from their website when I look carefully at the images in the listing). To say that I am satisfied would be an understatement. I thought Amazon had good customer service, but they are now second to Threadless. I look forward to ordering from Threadless in the future, this is the kind of business you love to... do business with! :P PS All of my e-mails to Threadless were replied to by Julie A., who was a joy to deal with. Perennially pleasant, patient, cheerful, and an excellent and clear communicator.

I ordered a men's medium tank after reading some reviews that they fit a bit loose (Their large tees fit me well, for reference). When the tank arrived the fit on my torso was good, but the length was just way too short. I emailed asking for a large instead and had a response and a replacement order confirmation email within a day. No charge for the replacement and they didn't even ask for the original back. They encouraged me to donate. For an online company to recognize that trying things on is impossible, sizing charts aren't super helpful, and to eliminate the extra trip that would have come from sending the original back are all reasons I'll order from Threadless again.

Awesome customer service! I’ve been a longtime customer of Threadless. I love their t-shirts. They’ve always run true to size. Recently I purchased some French Terry hoodies. Unfortunately they run a little smaller. I contacted the help desk and they were extremely fast and responsive. They were so helpful and made the process for getting the right sized replacements so easy. Special shout out to Grace on the help team! You’re the best! I love Threadless!

Ordered a bunch of shirts only to find that the tri-blend shirts didn't fit quite right. They offered to send me the next size up at no cost to me and simply asked that I donate the shirts that were too small. It's a pretty amazing policy and the support team has been nothing but fantastic. Plus the quality of the shirts is great, way better than some of the other sites I've ordered from.

Ordered a shirt for my wife. Great quality, but size was wrong. I emailed about what to do about exchanging it for the next size up. Customer service was fast and excellent and left me extremely satisfied. Will be purchasing from them again in the future.

I’ve been a fan of Threadless for years after an unexpected discovery. Amazing works from the artists that always makes me buy at least a dozen of tees at one go! Just to share, my recent purchase had some hiccups and one of the packages went missing. I waited for 2 more weeks before intending to write it but during the wait, an email from Threadless came (at the right time!) to ask check on my items and to leave reviews, if any. And instead of the typical bot operated email response, I was amazed by the human touch Threadless had provided. Desiree, the customer service personnel, had came in touch with me and she was quick to response to my distress and even provided solutions. I am thankful for the Threadless team for the service they have rendered and especially to Desiree, she’s a star! Will definitely be back for more tees!

I've placed 3 or 4 orders with Threadless over the past 5 years. I've always been very pleased with the artist's designs. There are so many styles and themes to chose from - they make great gifts. My whole family really likes Threadless tees. We also like the fact that we're supporting incredibly talented artists. For the ones I purchased for myself they're like therapy. Maybe it's just me but I get super happy wearing my Threadless tee. I often get compliments too. Complete strangers will ask, "I love your tee-shirt! Where'd you get it?" Grace in customer support is AWESOME! She was super helpful in assisting me with my most recent order. Extremely responsive and made me feel appreciated and supported. Thank you Grace! We thought we'd ordered the women's slim fit tees in the past but that size only fit 1 family member. Pandemic pounds? :-) I don't know but Grace kindly replaced 3. All of the prints in our most recent order look fabulous! The quality of the prints and cotton tees all look great. We're super pleased and already looking forward to placing our next order with some of our $timulus dollar$. After reading through several reviews. It made me pull out our older shirts. They all still look great. I swear by not over-washing. When we do launder them it's always tees are washed inside out, Purex detergent, cold water, gentle wash cycle and air dry flat - never dryer! I have zero complaints about ship time. However, until we get a new Post Master General there will be mail issues especially Nov-Dec. I avoid this problem by getting gifts in Sept-Oct. If I may offer what I believe is constructive criticism it would be to streamline the sizing. It would also be helpful if sizes purchased were included in our order history. We're lifelong Threadless fans. Highly recommend to everyone for great quality and superior customer support.
