two lighters
Both are great. On one the personalization was upside down. Customer service. Let me keep it and sent me a new lighter correctly lettered.

Très décevant
Très décevant. J'ai reçu un produit défecteux et je n'ai reçu aucune proposition de remplacent, seulement des suggestions à appliquer moi-même avec pour résultat un briquet totalement inutilisable.

Great quality
Order shipped pretty fast. Shipping to the U.S. was 2-3 days. But it actually took 2 weeks because they ship from China. Don't say that my order will be there in day if its really weeks. But lighters are 5 star, I will purchase more at some point
Response from Thorens Lighter Official SiteMay 20, 2026
Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for the 5-star rating on the lighters. We are very glad to hear that you are happy with the quality, and we truly appreciate your patience with the shipping time. Some THORENS products are available with U.S. local EXPRESS shipping, which is usually much faster, while products marked with air shipping are shipped internationally and may take longer. We will continue to make our shipping information clearer so customers can choose the option that works best for them. Thank you again for your support, and we would be happy to serve you again in the future.
