Très décevant. J'ai reçu un produit défecteux et je n'ai reçu aucune proposition de remplacent, seulement des suggestions à appliquer moi-même avec pour résultat un briquet totalement inutilisable.

I sent y'all a e mail saying the bamboo lighter did not lite properly and the screw knob that holds the flint in always comes unscrewed and comes off loosing all the flints I asked for another lighter and y'all said you would send it and I never got it. Not happy

They claim the products were delivered without actually sending them, and they don't issue refunds. Don't buy from them, don't let anyone else buy from them, stay away.

Please don't purchase these lighters, I was extremely disappointed as it doesn't light and good luck with changing the wick.
