Thorens Lighter Official SiteReviews of thorenslighter.com

Very good !!

Purchased two telaflames and both worked flawlessly. Exquisite quality and attention to detail . Well done quality feel like the originals .

A product's quality is better to be handled than seen...the pictures don't do justice. Purchased to include in my boat's emergency kit...better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

I recommend this company to anyone who appreciates quality service and honesty. I purchased a part for my grandson who collects and repairs vintage lighters. The part we ordered failed right away after receiving the part. I contacted the company, they were extremely responsive and sent a replacement part right away. Great customer service, thank you!

Shipping was faster then expected. Quality was right on and the extras that came with all the lighter were very impressive.

The buying experience was marred by the shipping and tracking. The item comes from China which was not clear originally and tracking it was difficult. The product is lovely except for the rather flimsy feeling screw which is used to trigger the lighter and lock it for non use. The screw is absolutely tiny and does not fit with the overall luxurious ethos of the lighter.

Amazing quality for the price
