Thompson Cigar CompanyReviews of thompsoncigar.com

Easy to order. Sometimes orders are delayed that is why not 6 stars.

They ship in a timely manner usually free

I have been a customer for many years and always had a good service. Only two times over the years i had smashed cartoons of cigars, the outer shipping boxes were fine. Being smashed it broke the filters off cigars.

In general timely shipments w/ quality product. Only issue is occasions of back-order which probably can't be prevented.

We are running a memorial golf outing for a Nassau County police officer who was shot and killed in the line of duty . Trying to find reasonable good cigars on Thompson and I did find some good deals. Delivery was great and on time .

I enjoy receiving your cigars and have smoked the same cigar for years except when they are on back order and I run out. It seems like when they do come in that I have multiple orders that overstocks me and that gets frustrating trying to get back on schedule especially when I get one of your representative that speaks poor English.

Easy finding my cigars.

Great service, delivery service
