Thompson Cigar CompanyReviews of thompsoncigar.com

Thompson Cigar ordering website needs improvement. Several time when ordering on-line I suppose to get free shipping and wasn’t given free shipping so I DID NOT confirm my order. I canceled the order before confirming.

I just recently purchased some DRS cigars looking for something inexpensive for everyday use. They were horrible. I’d rather have Black & Milds before I order them again. They start unwrapping as soon as the plastic wrap comes off.

Almost every company I regularly spend this much annual $$$ gives a thanks a freebie keep ordering from us even though their are many choices. Turn off AI and appreciate. Thanks Russell Winckler

The cigars were not as fresh, moist as they should be. They are expensive and should be fresh.

Cigars canoe a lot but can’t complain about the price!

Customer service issue with your offshore call center. Cancelled the order due to “inability” of the rep to apply the website discount that was noted and did not register at checkout on a Sunday evening. Lot of runaround on Monday morning from first call center representative; wanted to offer a “coupon” vs applying the stated discount to the Sunday order. Had to call back and got another CSC rep that resolved it appropriately!

Delivery was as expected. Product was disappointing as 2 cigars i oped and tried were dry and leafing flaked. I expect the others will be the same. First time i tried this company but will give them a second chance

Last few orders on my cigars,Some dried some unwrapping.Dont know if it is a humidor issue but its happened quite frequently.Teel you the truth i tried cigars from cigar international and they were great
