Horrible customer service; all they do is read off the screen and will not answer any questions about why they are not shipping your order. I have been buying from them since 2021 and, until recently, had no problems with them, but the last 4 orders have been a nightmare to get them to ship. Something needs to be done to their customer service.

Regularly i order a box of cigars and am offered overnight or Saturday overnight. It is rare they ever ship on time to actually receive anything overnight. In this case, ordered one box of cigars Friday at 12 noon. Paid for next day Saturday delivery. It is Tuesday and it looks like i will receive the cigars, hopefully, Wednesday. The whole experience just sucks and is lackluster.

Horrible customer service. I attempted to check-out and was locked out of my account due to "too many different credit card attempts". I only have ONE CARD on my account!! I didn't even get to check-out so HTF can I have too many attempts?? Then they give you an 800 number that only works during their business hours. I just want my account unlocked so I can delete it!

Well, I greatly appreciate any kind of protection. A company can put in place to protect our younger population. This company goes to a great deal of effort to make legal age. Adults prove who they are through birth certificates and drivers license just to purchase a cigar. I am a 64-year-old senior citizen and this is the most ridiculous offensive practice. Accompany can have especially since young people can go to any corner store and purchase any tobacco product they would like to so for me to spend $50 for a few cigars. It’s obvious I am not a teenager. Thompson cigars should be ashamed of themselves. I will give them less than a one star rating if I could, my advice is not to do business with this company

I tried ordering on line, my bank account was pinged, and the money withdraw. Then I received an email my order couldn't be processed. Decided to call, again my account was pinged, and money withdrawn. Again, canceled. This time because I will NOT send a copy of my driver's license. I was not a new account holder. Customer service was pitiful. Never ordering from here again.

Attempted to place an order but was locked out of my account for some unknown reason. I called to place the order. The next day I went onto the Thompson site to confirm the order but was locked out. I called again and was told that I have to wait 48 hours to get back on line. I was told that they updated the app and were having trouble. I hope they fire the eleven year old that wrote the program. Supervisors aren’t available if you contacting them by phone. Time to shop elsewhere. Update; finally got thru to a supervisor, he answered question with statements that he read from a book. They didn’t make sense. I’m still locked out for another day or two because the eleven year old that updated the app is in a school play. It’s a shame that good old customer service is gone.
