Thompson Cigar CompanyReviews of thompsoncigar.com

Only some of the product I get on an auto order was available. I usually buy 3 boxes and only 1 was available. Still have not received my other 2 boxes. If it is on auto order the company should have plenty of time to ensure product is available.

I love cigars. There are a lot of variations to service and product quality. In this instance, the wrong product was sent to me and I’m not the type to return things even though it was of lesser value. Also, the seal was torn, so the box had been opened previous to shipping. Most other times everything is fine with Thompson, this time it was not, but I’m rolling with it.

The 100 cigar package was missing, almost half of the top row, disappointing.

As usual, after 3-4 emails/texts my order was still shipped incorrectly. The positive is id rather have too many than not enough.

Back-orders cigars should never be available for purchase.

You were getting them to me fast enough; but I ordered Maduro and got Habanno instead. Seem like these 100 were rolled a little thin, too. I’ve had luck using Thompsons before . Everybody screws up every once in a while.

Cigars...Olivia ..were under sized and poorly constructed...not what I had come to expect from that brand !....

I like most of the selection. I do t like the not-free shipping option, unless you spent over a certain amount. Deliveries take longer then expected. Most coupons don't work.
