Thompson Cigar CompanyReviews of thompsoncigar.com

olnly thing that I didnt like was the route that they took. lehigh valley to harisburg to lancaster to washington dc to south maryland to nashville tenn. to next faclity ???? to columbia sc.to fayetteville nc. to shallotte nc.

It’s not like you did a lot. How many years have I been a customer? How about a gift of premium cigars as a thank you. Richard

Thompson cigar met all my expectations as far as handling my order and getting it to me quickly. However, the cigars themselves were as hard as a rock.

I do not like that you ship my cigars dry. You could easily throw in a Boveda packet to help. I would, and I am sure others would pay for this. Also, the last time I had them shipped to a different address, I was treated as a new customer and had to jump through hoops to get them shipped to where I was.

We have been clients for over 10 years and have spent thousands with your company. We have to fight almost all the time to get our order delivered. It's very frustrating to pay extra for shipping and then we may or may not receive our order

Some of the cigars were very damp. Damp enough that after a week in the humidor they are still swollen and still couldn't keep it lit. Was going to take out of the wrapper but I would have to cut them they are so tight. Have used your company quite a few times but have never had a problem before. I have a second tin that I am afraid to open. Going to store them in a second humidifier for awhile to see if they dry.

Burn un even, only burn in the middle leaving the wrapper to fly around, but great flavor
