Discounts that are available only offset the cost of increases. I've buying the same cigar for a three years, and they have increased by 420- $30 per box. I know costs go up, but this seems a little much. Discounts before were a good deal, but again they only offset increases

The delivery was great, ahead of schedule.... but I'm finding that many of the Swisher King cigars have worm (?) holes, which make them unusable.

Your web site was easy to navigate. Order process was straight forward, however your shipping advice was a lie. When I placed my order, it showed that I would receive it the following Wednesday. Now it’s Friday, night and I still haven’t received the shipment. Shipment notification stopped two days prior.
