Thompson Cigar CompanyReviews of thompsoncigar.com

Orders always fulfilled in a timely manner.

Well, in times passed, the quality was lacking, litt;e draw, uneven burning, stuff like that. Lately I have found the quality to be very much improved. Even on the cheapest Sampler...

We always are treated nicely when we call in orders. I can clearly hear what the person is saying. The last time I ordered for my husband, they had run out of the cigars he wanted, but the very helpful man taking my ordered suggested another cigar at the same price. It has become my husband's favorite and his buddies that he gave one to, also raved about how really good it was. The shipments also come quickly and they are never damaged. We would not order from anyone else!

Product shipped quickly and safely. I've been a customer for many years now and have been pleased with both the products and service.
