I placed 2 orders 5 days apart totaling $75.00. I never recieved these orders 2 weeks later. My account shows two cancelled orders with erronius low amounts. I sent two messages via their customer service portal, with no reply, nothing. I had stopped buying cigars 4 years ago, with fond memories I placed orders remembering the good service they once had. I am not the only person they have cheated according to other reviewers here.

Purchased cigars and humidor pack. Cigars came in a box just the size of cigars and no humidor pack. Have contacted them 2 times on message board, once by email and no response. Poor service. Will go to Famous smoke from now on. Do not do business eith this company.

Worst customer service. They cancel orders without telling you, then when you attempt to follow up, they take forever to respond to customer service requests. Items are often on back order. Shipping is slow.

They handpick people off their company website to inflate reviews Charged customers for products that were never received. Go elsewhere! Don’t believe me, look at the other websites.

This is the worst place to purchase cigars online! When, not if something goes wrong customer service is almost nonexistent! Takes on average 12 days to receive a response, and if they should make a mistake on billing be ready for a year long journey to fix it. All the while long they'll cancel your orders, not fulfill the orders even when they finally see they're in the wrong, and take days for those responses also. Thompson cigar just made a Cigars International customer likely forever! STEER CLEAR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS!

First, DO NOT read reviews on the company website. I am a customer and every time I try to leave a review, it does not allow it. Their website show stellar reviews but other websites show extremely poor reviews. My main problem is that it takes 2-3 weeks to receive a paid order. I ordered product on 5/20 (they took my money immediately) and checked the tracking link on their website today (6/1/23) and checked this almost daily for the past several days and as always the website says "Awaiting Carrier Pickup." Does this mean my cigars are sitting in a box getting stale. All my products were listed as "in-stock" so I don't know how it could take so long to ship an order. VERY frustrating!

This company claims they were not "able to capture payment" from PayPal for an order placed and they shipped in September 2021. My PayPal account was charged and I subsequently paid for this transaction. Customer service was unwilling to review and consider supporting documents I sent them as I maintain their issue is with PayPal, not me, but they tried to bully me into paying this a second time. Needless to say, buyer beware. I will no longer be doing business with them. I also found out their "customer service" is also customer service for Cigars International and may be the same company or have the same owner. As of 3/28/2023 they have turned their claim over to a collection agency.

First half the items listed on their website are usually out of stock. Second they always, always delay shipping. I order two-three boxes of cigars and they take three-four days just to ship them. There's no excuse for not shipping out within 24 hours, simply being lazy! Then it takes two weeks to arrive and has no information provided by the supposed tracking number they provide. It just says it was dropped off with a partner of usps, what is that? Half the time i get my cigars and half the packages are completely empty despite being sealed. So they're shipping and selling me empty packages that i paid for them to conatin cigars! Terrible company, don't waste your money!
