I ordered from Thompson cigar on August 14 , They have yet to ship my order five days later.I called customer service they said some BS about verifying who I am before shipping my order. They said they will upgrade the shipping to get my order delivered. I didn’t receive any email about shipment. I reached out later that evening they see no problem but can’t provide any shipping details just as soon as possible. Sounds like BS I ordered from cigar place on Friday afternoon before 1 PM I had my cigars on Monday 12 PM 2 days later . I ordered from Thompson only because the price was too good to pass up or maybe I should have thought before. Don’t order from this place you are setting yourself up for disappointment!

Worst retail buying experience ever. You give these scumbags your business then they “sign you up” for some BS “value plus club” that soaks you for $14.95 WITHOUT YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND YOU GET ZERO BENEFITS from it. Soaked me for $150. That’s the thanks you get for being a customer. Never again will I buy a damn thing from these scumbags. Failure is in their immediate future. Hoping bankruptcy.

They offer all sorts of discounts for first time customers yet there’s NOWHERE to enter the codes at check out. 10, 15, 20 and free shipping with no restrictions ‘2 days only’ blah blah blah. Whatever even with the discount they’re still more expensive but I would e ordered since my regular shop is currently out of stock for what I want. Wasted 20 minutes of my time and gave up

Screwed-up my order, again. Ordered a variety of filtered cigars and received 11 cartons all the same! Customer Service is basically ignoring me. I won't be ordering from them again.

Constantly having Fraud issues. Terrible customer service. Poor communication with not only orders, but issues with orders, and Problems with hacked accounts. Did I mention the customer service is terrible?

These guys are a joke. I have purchased from them over the years because they were the only cheap game in town. Fortunately, there are now a few much more reputable internet cigar sellers. From the beginning, their product was unpredictable. have gotten some that were too wet, too dry or just poorly make. this last time i ordered two packs of on rafrael fumas for $90. They arrived too moist. tried for a while to dry them out but no luck. Then realized i missed the 30 day return window. So, might as welll have spent the money on a prostitute! these should never have gotten out the door. In their greed they lost a customer forever. I will NEVER buy from them again. My bad for thinking they had gotten better. Heed the bad reviews and go with Cigars international or Holts. way better quality.

Customer service told me that the refund for a return had been processed to be returned to my credit card in May. Called back weekly, still no refund, same answer over the phone: "your bank must still be processing the return". Have yet to receive a refund. Suddenly this morning, they're claiming that they mailed me a check in MAY. I never received a check. LOL. So for the last month, the agents over the phone were lying about a processed return.

I received an email confirming an order that I didn't place. Customer care was terrible, of course, they outsource it, so I never knew if I was being scammed or if it was really their customer service. I will NEVER order from them again, and if you have any payment info stored with them GET IT OUT! This company cannot be trusted anymore.
