Forget about ordering replacements. You'll never know if your order goes through or not. Forget about customer service, there's no way to contact them as you never know if your question goes through or not. This place is just horrible. I've been a long time customer and have never been satisfied.

I have had my readers and case for 3 years now. I love the convenience of having them on my phone because they are always with me. I have lost them once and had to replace mine several times due to nose piece breakage. Every time, either through the website or on the phone, I have gotten my replacements within days. Usually free with the Lifetime warranty. Have had many friends buy pairs also from my recommendations.

I find the Sproduct exceptional , The replacement fully supported and very easy to implement and the staff are very responsive when I call.

I own 4 pairs of the original Thin Optics and ordered the Brooklyn from the new Front Page models. Upon receiving them I immediately noticed that the right eye prescription was off. I compared them with the original models and sure enough the new glasses were bad. I contacted customer service regarding the issue and was told that I could return the glasses within 30 days. The catch was I would have to pay for the return shipping and have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a refund!!!!!!!!! 4 to 6 weeks and pay the return shipping for glasses that have a manufacturers defect!!! This is completely unnacceptable! I have emailed them back and am waiting for a response. This should be a no brainer! If a company ships you a defective product they need to provide a prepaid return shipping label and immediatley refund your money, not make you the consumer pay the shipping and make you wait a month and a half for your refund!!! If this is not taken care of and made right I'll contact the BBB and file a complaint! Richard Maroon

The glasses are good for a couple of weeks then they start to fall apart. The lifetime replacement warranty is a scam. They will charge you a $7 postage fee and a $13 handling fee to send your replacement.

I ordered a set a year ago and liked them. So I ordered a couple more for Christmas gifts, it took ThinOptics SIX WEEKS to fulfill my order! The lesson is you never want to go through ThinOptics and only order these through Amazon where it was just ONE DAY to get my order, with free shipping, using the Amazon Prime program.

My wife and I both use thin optics. We both love the product. I have had to order replacements and have had no issues with getting them in a timely manner. Closest thing to an issue I have had is a glitch on line when ordering replacements. It was telling me only can get 1 pair every 30 days and I had not ordered recently(well beyond 30 days). I called the customer service number and was taken care of quickly.

Haven't got the product, disappointed in the service. I ordered this on 18 Dec on behalf of someone. I only realised two weeks later that I did not receive any shipping confirmation at all. I contacted the helpdesk on 30th Dec for the shipping confirmation and got an automatic reply saying that they will reopen on 2nd Jan 2019. It is 5th Jan today, still no reply. The least I deserved is an update on what the delivery situation is since I already paid for the product.
