Don’t waste your money
I was initially impressed with these and purchased 4 pairs complete with storage pouch that sticks to your phone case. In all cases, the process of folding them into the case quickly results in the clips/pads that hold them on your nose breaking away from the frame then the glasses are useless. If you look back through these reviews you’ll see it’s a frequent problem. I don’t think it’s worth paying postage from the USA for replacements as it will just happen again. Maybe if you don’t use the case you might have more luck?

This has been the worst customer…
This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I placed an order and had not received a shipping confirmation in the time period they said I should. Waited a few days and contacted via email and received an automated (?) response stating they were receiving a high volume of calls and emails. Waited another 2 days and contacted asking to cancel my order. Received the exact same email regarding the large volume of emails. Not even remotely helpful.

Love my thin optics
Love my thin optics. What a great product for all of us who forget our readers. I had a situation where I lost mine, and customer service just sent me a new pair! Awesome!!! Super friendly! Thanks

ThinOptics glasses and pod case
Amazing product. I ordered a couple of kits for my wife and I but made a mistake with the on-line order. I contacted Customer Service and Ann at ThinOptics immediately made it right. Cheers to you all.

Been trying for weeks to log in to get a pair of replacement glasses with no luck at all. Customer service used to be excellent. What happened???

Sairah was a delight to work with!
Sairah was a delight to work with and met all my expectations. I purchased ThinOptic Glasses about 4 year ago and had them replaced a year plus ago.
