Hi, We're sorry to hear this was your experience. At the beginning of August, as many students returned to school, we experienced heavier-than-normal traffic that resulted in slower page loads for some customers. While the disruption was temporary, we know how frustrating it is when you're trying to start a lesson and the website isn't performing as expected. Since then, we've expanded our server capacity and made additional infrastructure improvements to better handle peak back-to-school demand. We're pleased to report that those changes have resolved the loading issues for the vast majority of our users. If you're still experiencing slow performance, we'd love the opportunity to help. We understand how frustrating that would be, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. As soon as we received your email last night, we reached out today and have been working with you to resolve the issue regarding the Prealgebra Companion Book.
