Do not purchase anything from this company! The purses are cheap and flimsy. They look nothing like the pictures you see in the ads. It takes forever for the product to arrive from… CHINA. When you ask for a refund you quickly find out that you can ship back at your own expense which they estimate at $20-$50! Or, you can opt for a refund of 20% of purchase price and keep the cheap purse that you have spent $90+ on. Do not get tangled up in this ridiculous web!

The quality of the handbags is really poor, you can see that they won´t last more than a few weeks. Also they have a strong smell to glue and plastic. Packaging and delivery time were correct.

This is a company based in China that ships all items across the globe, but claims to be "sustainable". I ordered two bags, both of them poor quality and I doubt that they are sustainably made. For me a typical case for a rip-off in the name of nature. Plus, in order to return them, I have to send them at my own cost back to China, Fujian Province.

I ordered this bag because it looked really nice on the pictures. However, when I openend my package I immediately smelled plastic (this bag was supposed to be made out of straw). I am very disappointed in the quality of this plastic bag but I will keep using it. They market themselves ad "ethical" but nowhere on the website do they specify this. When I asked for a refund they offered me 20% of the amount I paid. Would not recommend at all...

Didn't get the bag at all. Think olives claimed that it was delivered. When I asked them to see my signature they argued that it was returned to them and I wasn't at home weile it was delivered, so they claimed for more money for the retured delivery. All in all: no bag even if I payed for it. About two months of arguing and waiting. And still no satisfactory conclusion. Do not buy their products from abroad!!! You will pay and not get your order!!!!

Quality of bag was well below expectations, customer service was tough but eventually agreed to a partial refund. Would not recommend or shop here ever again.

I still have not received my product that I ordered a long time ago
