Don’t buy any bags from this brand. It’s the worst. Their customer service sucks and rude. You cannot return any items for free. If you want to return, you’ll have to pay for all the shipping costs. They’ll send you used/ returned items and in the end you’ll need to send them back. After they check the condition of bags, they’ll say it can only be partially returned. You lose both the cost of bags and shipping fee. NEVER BUY FROM THINKOLIVES

When the item arrived it was not as described and unbranded with cheap fabric. The customer service team said they could refund me 15% or I could pay €20-€50 to send it back for a refund and if I wanted to do this they would then send details. I found other reviews of people being scammed by them this way and I got nowhere with the CS. The last offer they made was a 30% refund but no full refund with postage covered. The bag cost me almost £60 so I opened a dispute with the bank after reading other reviews online of experiences similar to mine. They also claim to be ethical but sent the bag in 4 plastic bags and it came all the way from China. So blatant greenwashing.

Eux ne sont là que pour se faire une marge sur le prix de revente. De plus aucune douce ni aucun certificat n’est donné pour la preuve de cuire vegan. Si vous achetez et que vous souhaitez renvoyer votre produit vous devrez payer le prix du transport qui est le 60€ en général depuis l’Europe donc vu le prix de la plupart des produits qu’ils vendent n’a aucun sens. Faites très attention avant d’acheter je déconseille très fortement

I bought 3 vegan leather tote bags from ThinkOlives. The shipping was fast and the quality of the bags is very good. I am happy with all of it.

The bag is so light weight and has loads of room in it, two outside pockets. This is my second bag from this company would recommend and buy again.

Bag is great. What was unknown was that it shipped from China. Had I known that, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it.

The bag didn't at all match up to the pictures, it was much smaller than it had appeared. Delivery was ridiculously delayed, it took 3 weeks for the package to even arrive.
