My experience was great because the customer service really listened to my Think Energy account questions, and thoroughly and thoughtfully, answered my questions. They were nice over the phone.

Since becoming an Energy Advisor in March, I have not had my emails to support returned. After waiting for a response, I end up having to call. Very frustrating.

My interest is with 'in person marketing'. I took my picture and had the badge made. At that time the necessary paperwork needed to be compliant still was not available. Got tired of waiting.
