I was skeptical of the product. When I received them I was surprised how great my feet felt all day and at the end of the day. I purchased 2 sets and love them.

My wife has clogged sweat glands in her feet that build up to calluses and these insole helped greatly to reduce the pressure and the build up. Highly recommended to those working on the concrete and harder floors all day

I was a little disappointed at how long it took to get the product to me. Almost a month. I think you need a different carrier to speed up the process.

Many months ago I bought a 3 pack of the first incarnation of the insoles that I shared with with my sister; like many others, I was a bit leery about buying a pig-in-a-poke online, but let me tell you, both my sister and I are thrilled with our Xstance insoles! I need to pinch my pennies a bit more than before, so I've had to wait to get more insoles, but now I think I'm ready (and eager!) to try the new 2.0. As a plus-sized gal, I've found tremendous relief for my plantar fasciitis in just using these insoles; who knew?!

I have purchased several pairs of the inserts and they have been the best I have ever purchased. They are extremely comfortable and make even my oldest trainers feel almost new again I have neuropathy in my feet, and I find these to be extremely helpful when exercising or going on any long walks or any excessive standing, I highly recommend them to anyone that has issues with their feet or just wants to make a pair of shoes more comfortable.

Against my better judgment, I went ahead and order three pair online. Turns out this is another online scam. The product was misrepresented as I was directed to order my size, but they came much larger, therefore I could not get them into any shoes. I called the so called customer service line which is just a voice mail system. NO ONE returned my call. I did get an email THREE days later to and was told to cut them to size. UM NO, I ordered and paid for my size. I don't want them. I want a full refund, but was told to donate them. I am fairly certain the positive reviews are phishing lines. I hope future customers real through all the reviews to find d the truth
