Hello there, We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our insoles. We strongly recommend using our insoles for a shorter period of time initially, and then keep prolonging the use - that way your feet and body can adjust to the support the insoles provide. It may feel uncomfortable or unusual at first, however, remember that proper footwear has a big impact on your posture and body movement.
