I need an arch support. I decided to try them and I am very pleased. I have 2 pair of sneakers I now use with the XSTANCE. They are very supportive. My feet are not tired. I have another pair of sneakers I use for gardening but I forgot to add the XSTANCE and let me tell you my feet and back ached for the rest of the day! They are right for me

It took over 4 weeks for my insoles to arrive after purchase. I contacted customer service and the responded promptly saying that the insoles were enroute. I did receive them 2 days later.

Not the game changer they claim to be. They are OK but no different to many other products in the market. They claim to be uk based maybe they have an office but shipping comes from China which takes a while as per other reviews. Had to cut them down a lot so the size guide is utter runbish. Will stick with them in case something magical changes but for me a company making a lot of hype for an average product

Order 174073 - After waiting two and a half weeks for my £99.95 order, I am still suffering. Initially looking at the Web site I was reassured that the product was UK based - but once my tracking link came through, it soon became apparent this was just another smooth Chinese supplier. Over the last few weeks I have followed my parcel as it made its way from China to London then up north until it got within 2 miles from my house. They are inferring that the parcel has been delivered - but I have nothing and no photograph to help locate it. Their suggestion is that I visit the distribution hub and neighbours. As I have repeatedly stated - my order is with them to supply the product to my door and since they are unable to do so - I want my money back so that I can urgently source a similar product from a reliable source. To date they have refused to reimburse me and I would therefore recommend caution as despite all the blurb - they are not to be trusted and you should avoid placing an order. Update - money fully refunded.
