I've order tons of different orthotics through the years and the video I watched on these sounded very positive. To tell you the truth, I'm still trying to get use to them. They are more firm than I'm used to wearing, but I do love that they are keeping the pressure off of my toe area which is one of my problem areas. I'm trying to wear them longer each day to get use to them. Pam G.

Missing order
The order I placed wa not received even though it showed it was delivered. When contacting customer service they sent me tracking information. Seems that the mail man had delivered to my other house that my daughter lives in. They were very professional in answering in a timely manner

I received the wrong size
I received the wrong size. Additionally, although they didn't fit I was doubtful they would put up with any wear and tear as they are glued together at the sole and the outer layer is very thin and flimsy. Any stitching is single row. My forwarding of the sneaker and insole to Utah cost $30. They promised a refund but I'm guessing minus my postage to the other side of the Country! Everyone should read the return policy when doing internet business. It is now 11/25/24 and this company has not refunded my 79.99 + $30 shipping to their "charity" in Utah.

Skeptical but now a believer
So I will be honest because I do not BS. I got a pair for my son. He has interesting feet and he is a big guy. I personally know he needs special shoes now, but till then I did some searching. The promoter on a video convinced me. Well my son said his feet feel so good. He keeps telling me how great his feet feel. His crazy ass even walked to my mom's. I have to say as a concerned mom I was very happy. I definitely recommend these and I am in the process of kicking down some $ to get my family these soles. I'm glad I took a leap of faith, cause I'm so damn skeptical.

I was in terrible pain with plantar…
I was in terrible pain with plantar fascitis for 6 months. Came across ad about insoles online. I had tried everything. I put the insoles in my shoes the second I received them and within an hour I was pain free! I couldn't believe it. I have had the insoles now for 2 weeks. I am absolutely pain free when I have the insoles on. I experience some slight discomfort when I don't have them on. No longer taking any anti-inflammatories. My whole family has had plantar fascitis at one time or another and I have sent the info to everyone! Unbelievable! Thank you!
