I recently contacted your company about a product that I have not received yet within 24 hours received a response

It was very easy to order. When I received the product, I only put them in my right shoe. I have a defender boot for my left because of an ulcer on my heel and wasn't sure how to get the insole to fit in properly. I was able to remove the insole from the boot and replace it with the xstance and it work great. Hoping it will work and give my heel a chance to heal.

They were very prompt at getting back to me to let me know that when I receive the extra order that they will have no problem with the return process.

Let me start that if it wasn’t for social media I would have never heard of this product. I am 53 and was already accepting that I would be in always.I scrolling through my phone frustrated saw someone’s testimonials and figured no way . I then heard money back guarantee. I thought what the heck . It took awhile to get but I was like a child waiting for Christmas Day. Let me tell you it was a great day when I got them. I immediately put them in my shoes and went to work my pain was almost gone by the end of the week . I wasn’t walking in pain . I bought a pair for my husband. Told him to try it his knee pain was gone . For him we purchased the very expensive insoles you see on TV . Yep those are sitting in a closet. I told my coworkers all about it and my kids and said you got to buy it now don’t wait until you are in pain . I am most definitely buying more and buying for my kids Easter basket . I don’t know how this was created and accomplished but awesome job . Thank you for bringing me back to my active self

Shoe inserts have helped reduce pain in my feet. Ordered a 2nd pair.

I’ve had the insoles in several pairs of shoes for a week and I do notice a difference. My feet (precisely left foot) doesn’t ache as it has in the past. Time will tell but so far so good.

my lumbar pillow arrived with no instructions, no care instructions and no explanation on how to use it to receive the benefits!! this is unacceptable, especially since this is a gift! someone from your company sent me an email with an attachment about useless exercises but with no directions on how to use your product which is “SUPPOSED” to improve SLEEP!! if you send me information that information as well as care instructions. I would appreciate it and change my review.
