From start to finish, Xstance customer online support was fast, efficient and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Unfortunately I couldn't use mine but very nice that Xstance donates them to charity.

The size is true and easy to fit inside my shoes. I worked 13 hours and sit for 30 minutes. My foot held up the full shift. It has been a week and my foot is 75 percent better. I have spent so much money on other inserts and theybonly gave me relief for 3-4 hours. I will definitely use the X stance inserts forever. Thank you

I watched an info commercial on these and my husband suffers from pain of a broken foot from years ago. I told him about these after working 10+ hours at work and he ok I'll give em a try. I ordered em, he put em in his work boots and he was amazed the difference! He went to put on his good boots to go somewhere and within 30 minutes his foot pain was back! And the only thing different...he was not wearing those work boots with these insoles! So when the sale was there to buy 2 get 2. He told me to order. He now has 3 in pair in his boots and a back up pair! He swears by these insoles! His broken foot pain is completely gone and can walk, sit, run, jog! He no longer has to rub vultarin on that foot. It's a complete 360 what these insoles have done!!

1st of all it did take some time for my items to arrive,,this was down to the courier service. When I mentioned the problem it was quickly resolved. Now for the product itself, I have worn the insoles twice now . Not only do they support the arch ,they are extremely comfortable to wear and you can feel they will last the distance.
