The insoles have allowed me to walk without the typical early morning, just getting out of bed, hobbling, limping, reaching for the walls for support stuff.

CS responded in less than 24 hours which is great! The issues was that I had forgotten about a 6month sub and they gave NO warning ahead of time and "tada!" -"Your credit card has been charged". "ARGH!" They said the order has been canceled and now I'm waiting to find out if that refund is 3-5 biz days. They did cancel and refund me. I do like the products. Give yourself reminders because they may not. I do want to try them again in the future.

So far, I’m loving these insoles! I’ve had issues with shoes my entire life… which led to foot pain. I’m already feeling the difference in my feet as well as my back!

The XSTANCE insoles have made a huge difference in my quality of life. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and arthritis in both ankles and had terrible foot pain. After just a few days wearing these insoles my feet don’t hurt at all. I have a total of 9 pairs now and highly recommended them. The only issue is the shipping is extremely slow. Other than that, super happy.

Instant relief! Pain is down about 80% in just 2 weeks. I've tried many different padded socks, inserts, gel inserts & compression socks that pinched & causes blisters. Xstance are the only ones that worked! The size small works perfect in my 7.5 size shoes.

My concerns were answered rapidly, first time outlet chase and I received a notice from my bank that this was potential fraud., likely because the purchase was from Europe, so I was ready to cancel and request chargeback. Thank you for the quick response. Now I hope the product will come a bit more quickly. Thanks again.

If the insoles don’t work for you and like me caused ankle pain, forget about getting your money back. I followed their return policy to a tee and still no refund! Not to be trusted! I already sent you the tracking # copy of Post Office receipt!!

The insoles are ok, there has not been any real change from any other ones I’ve tried. The heel guards are a complete joke, I was excited to have something to help while wearing my slippers around the house. They don’t support, they slip off and move around too east. Sadly very disappointing in both
