I had tweaked my back and had been suffering for about a month. One day I put on a pair of athletic shoes with great support and had no back pain. Luckily, XSTANCE came up in my Facebook feed that day because none of my other shoes provided the needed support. Now I can wear any shoes with the inserts and my back does not hurt.

The inserts work as described. I do wish that the shipping process was more frequently updated. I placed my order and didn’t get another update until the package was delivered. Being honest I was somewhat concerned that the purchase may have been a scam. This being the first time I had bought your product. Glad I was wrong

It took a few emails to convince customer service that I truly wanted to return the product for refund, rather than keep it for a discount. Once I got past the correspondence issue and got the approval to return (and the address to ship to) I quickly received notification that my account was being credited and it would appear in a few days. I trust that it is pending.
