I am in the second run of the 5-course-bundle. The exercises help me to release stress immediately. I do it right before bedtime so I can go to bed afterwards in a relaxed state. My hips have much more mobility now and don’t feel so stiff anymore. My entire body feels much more relaxed and even stronger after the strengthen your core program.
