My body has suffered from stress since I was born and my mother said the day of my birth I came out wide eyed and knowing there was trauma and drama. I am indeed a social empath and that can be trying to my nervous system. Life has been filled with hard, physical labor and sitting at a desk job...I have suffered from both. The hip rocking is difficult because I am so tight, but it's helping. I am also feeling less inflammation and more spirited! I am releasing emotions better.
