I won’t lie — I’d been putting this off for a while. But after a year, I’m finally back at it, and it’s been absolutely wonderful. I am on day 8 of the nervous system healing course and so far I am feeling like it is working for me, I had an emotional release this morning where I couldn’t stop crying but felt lots better afterward. I have a lot of trauma and have been through a lot of stress that I wanted to finally start healing from. this course is so easy to follow and takes so little time, I’d really recommend! I’m not great at sticking to things but the fact you can do it from your bed in 10 mins makes it doable every day!

I’ve been doing nervous system work for years but not able to stick with it and incorporate it in my everyday. Classes were too long. This is the perfect solution for both ease to do a little each day but also perfect to heal in bite size chunks which is better for my nervous system.
