Very easy to understand the instructions and the movements. I also really love the descriptions ie “your collar bones are smiling” always makes me relax more and smile and loosen my jaw!

The exercises are simple follow and execute and no devices are needed. It really helped me with my hip pain. Sometimes it would be better if there was more contrast so it's easier to see the details eg. where the exact position of the foot or leg is. Also if a video repeats over a couple of days a hint would be helpful, because I thought there was an issue with the website.

I'v been in excruciating pain over the last few months due to my low back and hip with sciatica pain. Day 8 into the program and although my pain has increased, I can feel my nervous system trying to unwind from the decades of trauma it's been through. Gentle enough to do even while in pain, as she reminds you to do the movements smaller if pain is felt. I'm looking forward to feeling the shift in my body at the end of the 30 days and into the following 60.

i always feel like my body is sinking into the ground after each practise. it's a nice feeling, like i could just sleep then and there. this response been consistent for me since day1. i find the cueing efficient and very clear. it's something i genuinely look forward to doing. thank you.

The exercises are very simple and you can actually do it in less than 20 minutes. Being able to do them that easily motivates me to keep on doing it.
